For ten years I have been working with adults and adolescents in Reading, Oxford and surrounding areas. I have worked with the stereotypically hypnotherapeutic areas of smoking cessation, phobias and weight loss. Given that I am also a fully qualified (UKCP reg) psychotherapist I have also worked extensively with OCD, depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, sexual dysfunction, relational difficulties and much more besides.

I have recently become qualified as a child and adolescent counsellor. This, together with my 20 years of experience in teaching, means that I am the only therapist in Reading who is qualified to use hypnotherapy and other approaches in the area.
