3aaa are graded as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted and are the leading provider of IT, Social & Digital Marketing apprenticeships and have a local academy to you in Reading. The training is fully government funded and worth over £14k per year, the only cost to your business would be the apprentice’s wages which are currently a minimum of £3.30 per hour. There are no recruitment fees or Admin Fees! There are currently also grants available of up to £1500 to help cover the cost of taking on an apprentice. Alternatively, do you have someone in your business between the age of 16-23 who would benefit from a fully funded and recognised qualification?
