Aikido - the way of the warrior... the way of harmony...
White Oak Aikido Reading offers classes in the Japanese martial art of Aikido. We run a rolling eight-week Foundation Course, so you can start whenever you wish. Aikido is a modern martial art based on traditional arts used by the samurai. Highly relevant in today's high-stress, confrontational world, Aikido teaches evasion techniques and taking an attacker's power into a throw or immobilisation. Get fitter and improve your co-ordination, flexibility and reaction speed.
