South east of Reading is Earley, a town very close to the University of Reading. It’s proximity to Reading makes it ideal for access to other areas (including being a train stop between Reading and London Waterloo), and it is host to all the local amenities you would expect. It is also just north of the M4, connecting Reading with Bath.

It’s ease of access to the M4 has made it ideal as a business base for many companies, including “Sutton Seeds” before it relocated to Torquay.
