There are 5 Districts within the Bulmershe Division: Chalfont (Lower Earley)EarleyLoddon (Charvil, Hurst, Sonning & Twyford)Woodley GreenWoodley Lakeside Each District runs Rainbows, Brownies and Guides Units, and there are also Rangers and Young Leaders within the Division.
Reading Astronomical Society
The Reading Astronomical Society was founded in 1972 to help promote amateur astronomy in the Reading area. The Society runs a main and an astrobasics section and maintains a membership of around 100 members, which makes Reading AS one of the larger societies in the UK
Reading Rambling Club
Reading Rambling Club is an independent walking club which has been enjoying the local countryside for over 75 years. We meet most Saturdays and Sundays for walks between 5 and 15 miles. The Wednesday Group meet midweek for walks between 3 and 8 miles.

The Berks & Hants Motor Club
Established in 1946, the Club has about 130 members and is active in many forms of motor sport. It specialises in low cost events where members can take part using their everyday cars. For those who do not wish to compete but still like to be involved, there are many opportunities to marshal on both club and national motor sport events.
Woodley Boys Brigade
The 1st Woodley boys brigade was founded in 1974, and forms part of the Reading and District Battalion of the wider BB movement. It is based at Christ Church Woodley, on the corner of Crockhamwell Rd and Arundel Rd. Meetings are held for all ages during term time on a Wednesday evening.
